The initial draft of NRG GU001 was completed before the international consensus recommendation was completed. With its most recent amendment (version date June 13, 2016), NRG GU001 is now consistent with the consensus guidelines and requires that the nodal clinical target volume be cropped off of muscle and bone and should commence superiorly at the L5-S1 interface.
