Abstract
Dynamic Dawn Osborne, a partner in Rouse Legal since 2000, is involved in recovering domain names and combating soft IP infringements on the web. A panellist for the WIPO, ICANN, Nominet, and ‘.eu’ domain name dispute resolution processes; she also represents clients in traditional IP litigation. A trained mediator, she represents clients at mediations, and has organized mediation training across the world, including in Europe, India, and China. At university, it seemed the most interesting area to go into because it involved all the goods and services that were relevant to daily life. Also, Oxford did not offer it as an undergraduate subject at the time and so, of course, not having a chance to study it, I wanted to do it even more.
