Abstract

INTEGRAL is an observatory of the European Space Agency (ESA) dedicated to the study of the Gamma Ray sky. It features many different detector technologies: imaging micro-strip gas chambers, germanium crystals, cadmium telluride pixels, cesium iodide pixels, BGO crystals, silicon diodes, CCD optical camera. The measured stability and performances of those detectors have been for the moment according specifications. The noise level is slightly worse then expected. All the surrounding infrastructure of the detectors (orbit, satellite services, communications, ground segment) has exceeded specifications.
