A forum was convened this afternoon in the West Room of the Great Hall of the People to commemorate the forty-fifth anniversary of Comrade Qu Qiubai's martyrdom. The deputy minister of the CCP Central Committee Department of Propaganda and chairman of the Chinese Literary Federation, Zhou Yang, spoke to the assembly. … In his wide-ranging speech, Zhou Yang evaluated Qu Qiubai's many contributions to the Chinese revolution most highly.
