Abstract In this chapter, we look at ways of making your life simpler or easier, so as to get the best from today. Improving the quality of your life today is a worth while aim. Making today better can also alleviate fears about tomorrow .Even if you believe that your health is not likely to improve, trying out some of the strategies we have suggested in this book may reduce some of your symptoms. Finding ways of overcoming some of the difficulties caused by your illness can improve the quality of your life. If you can feel that you are coping pretty well with what is happening now, you are more likely to feel more confident that you will cope with whatever tomorrow brings.
