Abstract
AbstractThe paper focuses on improving water services in developing countries through the implementation of household surveys to investigate individual needs and concerns of the current system. Existing policies are not recognizing household preferences and the need for updated services through a variety of sources. This research project focuses on how household surveys can be used to uncover household preferences and thus inform and improve policy design in third world areas.
