Abstract

The fundamental principles of material resources supply for house construction are addressed, provided that the delivery of products and structures to the facility under construction is by motor vehicles. The transport-technological process is described as a function of time average variables. Listed the necessary conditions for the rational transport and technological process management as a system for house construction, taking into consideration operational planning for the provision of material resources to the construction site in the right quantities. Provided the characteristics of the main objectives to be addressed in the transport-technological system indicating their possible effectiveness. The structural and logistical concept of the transport and technological process with possible costs minimization in construction has been developed. At the same time, the product flows have been envisaged taking into consideration the core operations, including manufacturing, material handling, shifting and consumption, based on the condition that all items and structures must be delivered to the facility for operations in the right quantities, at the indicated place and at the appointed time. Proposed the elements of a trilateral agreement between a material resources supplier, a motor transport operator and a construction company, indicating the rights and duties of each of the three parties, as well as the procedure for the delivery of these terms. Recommended the main sections and their content in the prepared transport and technological flow schemes, based on which the need for each type of material resources and the necessary delivery conditions were determined. The factors affecting the motor vehicles selection and management actions for the supply of material resources to construction sites are indicated.
