Abstract
The article represents the research results concerning the methodologies of the Health Accounts System, the international classifications of the health services, the tables of the Health Accounts. The investigation, analysis and comparison results carried out by the author aims to establish the international classifications of the necessary health services for the Republic of Moldova, as well as the tables for the Health Accounts with the indicators sets production concerning the health current expenses and the dual matrices which represent the combinations between different classifications expenditures.
