The problems include: 1) how to increase the interest of participants to be active and make program innovations. 2) how to actively involve support groups for the elderly, 3) cadres of the elderly group Abiyoso also said that they needed a strengthening and self-development program considering that the program provided from the Puskesmas to cadres was still limited. The community service program aims to optimize the activities of the Abiyoso elderly group and follow up on the previous program. The forms of community service activities carried out are Procurement of Infrastructure Facilities, Education on Physical and Mental Health for the Elderly, and Training of Cadres and Caregivers for the Elderly.
