Abstract

In relation to improving the quality of corporate information systems development, we consider risk management methods based on testing software systems, using automatic production controls, and ensuring the production accuracy of product manufacturing. Development models and the set of inherent risks are presented. A comprehensive risk assessment indicator is proposed that takes into account the probability and consequences of their occurrence. It is shown that to assess the degree of destabilisation of production, it is advisable to use a point scale of risks.
