Abstract

The processes of obtaining copper-containing particles during the treatment of solutions with contact nonequilibrium low-pressure plasma have been studied. The dependence of the process on pH and concentration of the solution was determined. The optimal characteristics of the process were established. It is proved that under certain parameters, it is possible to obtain particles in a given range of values.
