Abstract

Nanogenerator has developed rapidly in recent years due to new demands for portable power and smart living. However, its applications are greatly limited due to its low output performance and complex structure. Here, we have prepared a hybrid nanogenerator (HNG) with excellent performance and simple structure by electrospinning through mixing barium titanate and carbon nanotubes into PVDF and PDMS. The micro-capacitors inside the film and the charge generated by friction promoting the dipole polarization together improve the performance of HNG. The optimized HNG shows the highest open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current of 117 V and 4.7 μA, respectively. And the maximum output power density is 223.7 mW/m2 when the load is 100 MΩ. At last, we designed an intelligent monitoring system for security protection. The integrated HNGs can accurately and reliably collect abnormal signals and alarm to achieve monitoring functions, which shows great potential for application in the future.
