Abstract

In recent years Automated Program Repair (APR), especially generate-and-validate program repair techniques, has shown the possibility of fixing bugs in software automatically. However, current APR techniques still take long running time for repairing a bug. The dominant contributor to the runtime of generate-and-validate program repair techniques is the validation, which runs the regression test on all generated variants.
