Abstract
The article discusses the development process of an internal hydraulic locking system for diesel injectors, which allows to reduce fuel consumption during idling and low loads. The development of a new effect based on functional analysis and the use of the TRIZ system (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) is shown. At the same time, the effect of resolving technical contradictions is used. The proposed design will allow to increase the range of the fuel flame without changing the performance of the high-pressure fuel pump, which will, by upgrading the nozzle needle, provide an improvement in the working process of the diesel engine when idling and at low loads. The proposed system can be used in diesel engines of agricultural machines, as well as in various types of transport.
