Abstract

The work is devoted to improving the accuracy of determining angular coordinates by calibrating the radio receiving path, taking into account the placement on the aircraft board, in the systems with a passive bearing method. The objective of the article is to consider in detail methods for improving accuracy characteristics by high-quality calibration of the radio frequency path. A proposal for a new, original design of the antenna system for direction finding in the conditions of placement on the aircraft has been put forward. Several methods of calibrating the radio device, taking into account the characteristics of the aircraft, have been also proposed. The presented results create a basis for modernization and industrial production of promising antenna arrays, and also allow to determine the coordinates of radio emission already on the finished product, to increase the accuracy characteristics of direction finders by using the proposed methods of calibrations.
