Therefore, students are a very important human resource that we need to know how to use in the most reasonable and effective way. But the current unemployment situation of students after graduating has greatly affected the economic and social development of the country. So the question for managers and the country is what causes that situation? Is it because the training process at universities still lacks many aspects? or because the State's policies are not reasonable in using labor.
