He has worked in the field of Human Resources Development and Adult Education for over ten years. He has designed college certificate programs, and has designed and conducted a variety of managerial and general communication courses. Dr. Kruger received his Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana in 1971.
