Introduction

The National Council on Aging (NCOA) has set forth on an ambitious course to improve the health and economic security of 10 million older adults by 2020. Through our Center for Healthy Aging (CHA), we collaborate with federal, state, and community partners to further the impact and sustainability of evidence-based health promotion programs. As a national resource center, CHA identifies, develops, and disseminates best practices and tools for use by program implementers.
