Abstract

Every society possesses distinct requirements that necessitate fulfillment, encompassing essential provisions like clothing, sustenance, and housing. Among these three fundamental needs, the requirement for food holds utmost urgency and necessitates satisfaction with an adequate nutritional composition of four essential components that contribute to optimal health. The objective of this study is to enhance individuals' knowledge and competencies, particularly in the domain of semi-processed food production, to foster the development of entrepreneurial individuals who can effectively apply the entrepreneurial mindset and skills they have learned during their college education and subsequently share these abilities with the wider population. This study employs a problem-solving strategy to examine the process of establishing a firm, with a specific focus on the food industry. The research methodology involves the utilization of data collection techniques such as interviews and regular monitoring. The employed analytical methodology is SWOT analysis. The findings of the study indicate that participants experienced enhanced knowledge and motivation pertaining to strategies for establishing a new business. Additionally, they gained a deeper understanding of effective food processing techniques that enable long-term storage while preserving nutritional quality. Furthermore, the community demonstrated the ability to store and process food in accordance with government quality standards.
