Abstract

<em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the performance of KSP Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang employees. The study population consisted of 32 KSP Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang staff, and the entire population was interviewed by 32 staff using the census method (Sample Sum). Data collection used the observation method, questionnaire method, and documentation method. Validity test, reliability test, simple regression test, and the coefficient of determination were used for data analysis. Partial significance test (statistical t-test) was performed. Used for hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that the salary and bonus variables correlate with the performance of KSP Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang employees through a validity test. The rcount value is greater than the rtable value of 0.349 (valid), and the validity test to determine reliability is obtained for all variables with a confidence value greater than the standard reliability of 0.60. Simple linear regression test Y = 3.076 x 0.549, a significance less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination determined is 0.432 or 43.2%. Thus it can be said that 43.2% of the performance of KSP Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang employees is influenced by salary. The remaining 56.8% is influenced by other variables not tested in this study</em>
