Abstract
Important analytical aspects of efficient linear methods to estimate the epipolar geometry are studied. Based on the obtained results a novel low cost and accurate linear algorithm is introduced. Owing to low complexity and accuracy the proposed approach appears to be suitable for real-time stereo vision applications.
