Abstract
A scheme for operational cooperation in the main and regional traffic management centers withtransport operators on the railways of Ukraine. A scheme of graph-based information control centersrailway. Representation of the information structure allows the flexibility to execute further deformation subsets in accordance with consolidation of dispatching sites distances, closing for commercial work of inactive stations. Defined matrix system actions, reflecting the final status of the inputs of elements after the interaction.
