Abstract
クルクミン吸光光度法による鉄鋼中の微量ホウ素の定量法(JIS 1227-1980)を改良するため,迅速蒸留分離装置を利用し,ホウ酸メチルとして分離後クルクミンを用いて発色し,メタノールと水との混合溶液で希釈して吸光度を測定する方法を提案した.ホウ酸メチルの蒸留と吸収液の乾固を同時に行い,発色を含め,同一容器内で操作することにより,分析所要時間を1/2以下に短縮できた.又クルクミンで発色した溶液を,メタノールと水の混合液(3+1)で希釈することでから試験液の吸光度の低減を図ることができた.
