Improvement of the method for detecting errors that hinder state cadastral real estate accounting

Abstract

In the article, the authors consider and analyze the reasons that impede the state cadastral registration of real estate and develop the methods for their elimination. In particular, the authors analyzed the list of reasons for the suspension of state cadastral registration. The authors note that at present the main reasons for the suspension are doubts or unreasonable decisions of the state registrar. However, it is unclear who pays for the correction of errors in the real estate registry.
