Abstract

In this work, a study is carried out in the field of organization of the transport industry. The analysis of the current situation in the field of occupational safety in the world is carried out. Various sources of scientific literature are analyzed. Based on the obtained data, it was concluded that today, it is necessary to improve occupational well-being. It is noted that one of the effective mechanisms for ensuring effective management of an organization in the field of occupational safety is the HSE management system. The study presents an analysis of the HSE management system in the studied organization. The elements of the system which are observed in accordance with the established legislation are identified. Along with this, the drawbacks of the existing HSE management system are provided. Measures to improve the HSE management system, as well as to increase the level of safety culture are proposed. One of the most effective measures is to increase employee engagement by introduction of multi-stage control.
