Abstract

We improved a resistance ratio bridge using a cryogenic current comparator (CCC bridge) for low-resistance measurement by operated with a laboratory-developed low-noise voltage amplifier using a superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID voltage amplifier). The combined uncertainty of the resistance ratio measurement of 10 mΩ/1 Ω was evaluated to be about 0.03 ppm.
