Abstract

Problem. Application of up-to-date approach to solution of this problem gives a higher efficiency coefficient of the washing machine. The analysis of the market for the manufactured machines, which has been made, proves that the main producers are the companies of Germany and Italy, which have the production facilities on the territory of Belarus. In these conditions evaluation of the engineering level and improvement of the equipment being produced is an important stage. Goal. Estimation of energy efficiency of modern high-pressure hose washing machines which stipulates the most important part of technical process in the system of machine maintenance has been given. Methodology. Estimation of engineering level was made basing on determination of efficiency coefficient of the assembly, in the result the broad limits of the washing machines efficiency coefficient were set up. The reasons for low efficiency coefficient of machines were given as well as the ways to increase it at the expense of rational conversion of potential energy of fluid pressure into kinetic energy of a jet. The proposed theoretical calculations have been proved experimentally in the design of the hose, and its originality helped receive a patent. Results. Application of smooth control of the angle of spraying makes washing outsizal equipment with high degree of dirtiness more efficient. Originality value. Creating an adaptor – a turbo cutter with regulated frequency of nozzle rotation without regulation of fluid pressure helps remove tightly bound dirt. Practical. Due to the usage of the principle of «rotating» jets and the phenomenon of hydraulic cavitation a new design of a hose with a set of adapters that broaden the engineering possibilities of hose washing machines of increased efficiency has been suggested.
