Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the effectiveness of the SPPKB in class X high school economics learning in Jakarta HOTS, (2) find out the application of SPPKB in class X high school economics learning in Jakarta is better than conventional learning methods. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The population in this study were all students in one of the high schools in Jakarta. The results of the study show that: (1) The application of the SPPKB learning model is effective to improve HOTS in Economics learning. (2) the results show that the application of SPPKB in the learning of Economic Economics in high school class X in Jakarta is better than the conventional learning model (lecture). Students who use the SPPKB learning model have a higher increase in HOTS than students who use the lecture learning model.
