Abstract

The possibilities of improving the electroflotation water-treatment technology at enterprises of the ceramic industry are examined. The solutions associated with the action of flocculants and the design optimization of the electroflotation apparatus and its operating regimes are analyzed. It is shown that the new approaches make it possible to increase the efficiency of water treatment, decrease energy consumption, and meet the requirements of the best available technologies established for large enterprises manufacturing ceramic articles.
