Abstract

Background Solving the problem of multiphase flow metering is one of the most important tasks in oil production. In article the method for improving the accuracy of downhole fluid flow rate measurement on the basis of turbine sensors by means of different types of its modernization is considered. Aims and Objectives Improving the downhole consumption accuracy based on the conversion range scaling in the digital intermediate transducer of the sensor while adjusting its sensitivity threshold. Methods System Technician, Theory Errors and Metrology Securing of Multiface Flowmetering. Results It is shown that with constructive improvement, it is possible to measure the integral flow profiles with regulation of the sensitivity threshold of the flow rate £ 0.1 m3 / h. The scaling of the conversion range from 1 to 100 m3 / h and more is accomplished by the manipulation of the weights of their codes in the digital intermediate transducer of the sensor. With a total error of the sensor of £ 0.1%, it is possible to control only the magnitudes of the consumption quanta ≃ 3 m3 / h. When using more accurate ground flow measurements of injected fluids at the mouth of an injection well with an error £ 0.04%, it is possible to measure depth charges in the perforated zones with an error ≃ 0.06%. Such studies are sufficient to control expenditure quanta to1 m3 / h and less.
