Abstract
the working principle and automatic control principle of ZYFM type oil-water separator are analyzed. It is found that the design of this type of oil-water separator is defective, which is easy to cause the crew to intentionally discharge excessive oily water. By improving the control circuit and changing the open three-way valve of the gas installation, the design defects are eliminated, and the phenomenon of the crew’s malicious discharge of excessive oily water is eliminated.
