Abstract
Dietary risk factors for cancer (total fat, fiber, fruits, vegetables, and vitamins A and C) were assessed among 339 female homemakers before and after a 9-lesson, nutrition-based cancer prevention program. The objective of the study was to test the effectiveness of the program in improving diet-related cancer risk factors.
