Abstract
The paper describes the design and construction of an improved form of cat's-eye retroreflector for use with a 3-D tracking laser interferometer. This reflector can accept an incoming interferometer beam within 60 deg of its main axis of symmetry and can provide a high-quality return beam at ranges up to 25 m.
