Abstract

Stamp transfer printing process has been found to increase the efficiency of poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT):indene-C60 bisadduct (ICBA) organic solar cells. Here, we show that the stamp transfer printing of P3HT:ICBA active layer on poly-(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene); polystyrenesulfonate enhances the power conversion efficiency of P3HT:ICBA device by about 21% compared with that of spin coated devices mainly due to transfer printing induced crystallization of P3HT.
