Abstract

One of the main ways of increasing the efficiency of the railway stations is to improve their design parameters and technologies. In this particularly urgent problem of effective technical and economic control stations, whose main task - to make economically sound decisions, both at the operational management and the planning of organizational and technical measures aimed at improving the efficiency of power plants.Effective means of analysis and evaluation indicators of the stations in a variety of operating conditions is a simulation of plant processes on a computer. To do this, it is advisable to use ergatic functional model, in which a person is directly involved in modeling, acting as the Station Manager. This model takes into account the factors most closely associated with human behavior, and allows the simulation process to simulate the processes of decision-making.With ergatic functional model can obtain quantitative and qualitative indicators of the station in various operating conditions, which are the basis for determining the best variant of its technical equipment and technology to work with minimal reduced costs. The implementation of certain effective organizational and technical measures are usually divided into several stages, since this process requires a significant investment. Prioritization of organizational and technical measures affect the performance of the railway station at various stages and the overall economic effect. The article discusses the method of determining the sequence of rational measures to improve the technical and technological parameters cargo station in order to improve its efficiency and to maximize the economic benefit. To determine the performance of the station using ergatic model made its identification and verification of adequacy. The task of choosing a rational prioritization of organizational and technical measures solved using dynamic programming. Received a rational solution reduces given the costs associated with the reconstruction and operation of the station, at 31%. Such a solution can be obtained for the technical operations of any complexity, and the method developed and ergatic functional model can be the basis for modern decision support system for the management of the railway.
