Abstract

AbstractAn archaeological project's achievement depends on the efficiency of its management. Efficiency tends to be greater with delegation of administration to a qualified specialist. Such administration is economical for all but isolated and shoestring projects. Yet it is uncommon. Reasons and means for improvement are suggested.
