Abstract
Тhis article describes a clinical case and applied surgical tactics for entero-vaginal fistula in an older age group patient with comorbid pathology. A compromise surgical intervention with the disconnection of the loop of the small intestine carrying the entero-vaginal fistula without its excision is proposed.
