It is also in the analysis to derive areas that need to be improved in the education of cadets values. For the research purpose, the researcher sampled 157 military cadets of K Military Academy and administered a questionnaire measuring the degree of recognition and implementation of the three Republic of Korea Army values: Sacrifice for the Country, Completion of the Missions, and Mutual Respect. The results of the survey showed that the Korea military cadets have the highest degree of perception of the value of mutual respect, but show relatively low recognition of the value of completion of mission. Therefore, the professors and disciplinary officers of the military academy need to educate the militar cadets to pay more attention to the value of the completion of missions. The completion of responsibility requires high cognitive abilities such as mission analysis, data collection and analysis, comprehensive, policy making and comparison, decision making, and implementation planning to successfully complete the task based on its definitive sensitivity, such as acceptance and active response.
