Abstract

In order to solve the problem of lack of quantitative basis for determining the maintenance priority of space launch site facilities, an equipment importance evaluation method based on FAHP-entropy theory was proposed. Firstly, the influencing factors and scoring criteria for the importance evaluation of space launch site facilities and equipment were designed. Secondly, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and entropy method were used to assign subjective and objective weights to the evaluation factors, and then the weights were combined to determine the priority of each factor. Finally, the evaluation index of equipment importance was calculated by linear weighted summation, and the approximate solution of equipment importance was obtained by Monte Carlo simulation. Taking the swing rod system equipment as an example, the importance evaluation results are in line with the reality, and the quantitative basis for the decision-making of its maintenance mode can be provided.
