Abstract
An amendment to the Copyright Act was adopted (Act 2005:97) by Parliament on 17 June 2005, and according to a decision by the King in Council entered into force on 1 July 2005. The amendment implements the Copyright Co-ordination Directive (2001/29/EF - reference is made to the Danish text) into Norwegian law and, at the same time, introduces other amendments. This article only presents provisions which are of interest regarding information technology.
