Abstract
Following is an interview with Clinical Nutrition Management dietetic practice group members Paul Russo, RD, associate chief of Primary Care Medicine, and Mary Ann Goodman, RD, chief of the Clinical Section, Nutrition and Foodservice, at the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla. The VA Medical Center, which provides primary, acute, and extended care to some 27,000 people a year, opened in 1995 with an electronic patient record system.
