Abstract

The article can be considered part of a major article that highlights the importance of using ICT as a tool that contributes to the stability of the organization, especially in the stage of artificial intelligence, at the level of services and development of the effectiveness of the workforce, the article focused more on the applying the stander criteria of ICT strategy, to rise the culture of ICT in organization environment, To eliminate challenges that reduce the opportunity to implement the ICT Strategy, and directing employees towards the use of technology as an essential part of the innovation process to keep abreast with modern inventory requirements in upgrading services and production. On the other hand focus the theories help to implementing the ICT strategy to avoid the gap that can be happened. Also the article explains new frame work which can help the alignment of ICT strategy with organization strategy in different way.
