Abstract
Background and Aim: Manually grading embryos in the IVF laboratory is the gold standard for embryo quality assessments. This method, however, is time-consuming for embryologists and fraught with intra- and inter-observer variability. Prior studies have shown that multiple embryologists grading the same blastocyst show substantial disagreement, even when evaluation time and grading system are standardized. AiVF Score (AiVF Ltd., Israel) is an AI-enabled embryo analysis algorithm for data-driven, objective embryo evaluation.
