Abstract
The article deals with the problems of energy saving at the industrial enterprise The author proposes the introduction of energy management system in accordance with international standards as one of the options for an effective developments. The essence of the problem lies in the poor implementation of the principles of energy management, not awareness of its importance by management, authorities, lack of information support. The aim of the work is a detailed study of the stages formation and implementation of EMS in an industrial enterprise and to make proposals for improving this process. The author's definition of EMS, energy saving policy are given in the article. The EMS components are substantiated : functions, principles, organizational structure, types of support, purpose, tasks, methods, mechanisms, tools, objects, subjects. Variants of energy management service are proposed. The stages of the EMS introduction are determined. The advantages of using EMS from traditional energy management are given by specific criteria.
