Abstract
Objective of the study was scientific rationale for principles and methodological approaches to organization of rehabilitation service as a part of specialized medical care of traumatological, orthopedic, and neurological profiles. Results of domestic and foreign literature analysis and application of methods of statistical analysis and organizational modeling served as a basis to formulate principal approaches to organization and a concept of rehabilitation service management in providing specialized medical care of traumatological, orthopedic, and neurological profiles focused on satisfaction of patients’ needs. The model of rehabilitation service organization including structural subdivisions consolidated under a single diagnostic and treatment doctrine and common managerial approaches, optimal set of equipment, staffing with differentiated resource allocation within the service, and innovative medical management technologies with the elements of process management is the optimal one for implementation of closed-loop complex specialized medical care of traumatological, orthopedic, and neurological profiles. Summary
Цель исследования – научное обоснование принципов и методических подходов к организации реабилитационной службы при оказании специализированной медицинской помощи травматолого-ортопедического и неврологического профилей. Цель исследования – обоснование инновационных принципов и методических подходов к организации реабилитационной службы при оказании специализированной медицинской помощи травматолого-ортопедического и неврологического профилей. Задачи исследования: анализ имеющихся ресурсов, структурной организации и методов управления реабилитационным блоком в исследуемом учреждении; разработка принципиальных подходов к организации и оснащению реабилитационной службы, стандартов восстановительного лечения и алгоритмов оказания реабилитационной помощи в травматологии и ортопедии; внедрение новых медико-организационных технологий при оказании реабилитационных услуг; создание инновационных продуктов, удовлетворяющих потребности в средствах реабилитации на базе собственных научно-производственных комплексов. С другой стороны, колоссальный опыт работы физиотерапевтического отделения обусловил формирование комплекса предпосылок для организации реабилитационной службы как элемента замкнутого цикла оказания специализированной медицинской помощи пациентам травматолого-ортопедического и неврологического профилей.
