Abstract
The section is dedicated to the study of certain aspects of the legal regulation of information relations in the field of construction, which determine the possibilities of using the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction, providing administrative services remotely, preventing the implementation of corruption risks and abuses by officials in this field. Information on the conditions and legal grounds for the operation of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction, legal regulation of information relations in the construction industry between public authorities, their officials, developers and their representatives was obtained and summarized. Ways to solve some problems when using the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction in administrative and judicial procedures are proposed. The need to transform the procedures for providing urban planning conditions and restrictions with the maximum use of automated processes is substantiated. It has been proven that the improvement of the instructions and provisions for employees of public authorities implementing state policy in the field of construction, regarding the rules for using this system, will help to reduce the level of implementation of corruption risks when using the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction; introduction of personal disciplinary and administrative responsibility for improper management of this information system, failure to enter information into the system, for entering inaccurate information, violation of deadlines and procedures for management of this electronic system.
