Abstract

In order to solve environmental problems in the Republic of Moldova, it is necessary to implement effective tools based on the increased application of environmental pollution prevention strategies to processes, products and services with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing risks for the human factor and the environment. An effective tool is Resource Efficiency and Cleaner Production (RECP), which refers to the methods and practices of Cleaner Production as tools that generate multiple benefits relevant to solving global environmental problems. The RECP tool approach involves integrating environmental policies to create appropriate incentives for green business actors. In the framework of the research, the author aims to conceptually study the RECP tool for companies in the Republic of Moldova, through the lens of existing programs and projects to produce sustainable effects in the future. This study was carried out within the State Program 20.80009.0807.22 Development of the circular economy training mechanism in the Republic of Moldova.
