Abstract

The article discusses the possibility of developing and implementing a joint educational program of double degrees in the educational process of universities. The double degree master's program Electric Vehicles and Energy-Saving Technologies was chosen as an example. This program is being implemented within the framework of the Erasmus + CybPhys grant project between Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University and Riga Technical University. The stages of launching a double degree program between partner universities are described on the example of the implementation of the Erasmus + CybPhys project. The algorithm of actions when starting the program into the educational process and the conditions for its implementation are indicated. The problems that arose during the launch of the double degree program are considered and the ways of their solution are described. An example of the development of the course “The structure of hybrid and electric vehicles”, which is part of this program, is presented. The implementation of the double degree program through grant projects opens up additional opportunities. One of these is the opportunity to purchase specific equipment necessary for the educational process. This article is intended to help representatives of educational institutions that have no experience, but plan to launch double degree programs in the future, in the implementation of similar projects.
