Abstract
The data on the use of installations for the automated feeding of slag-forming mixtures to the molds of the continuous casting machines at PJSC MMK produced by TECHNOAP Engineering Ltd. are presented with an indication of the technical characteristics of the equipment. These installations provide a stable and trouble-free process of continuous casting of steel, high quality of cast billets and finished rolled products. There is a positive conclusion of the scientific and technical center of PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works for testing installations for the automated feeding of slag-forming mixtures. The use of this equipment makes it possible to improve working conditions and ensure the production of high-quality, competitive metal products.
