Abstract

Agricultural land for food crops is a pillar of the economy in an area to increase local revenue, besides that, it is also a source of food crops for the local area. In maintaining agricultural land so that land conversion does not occur, one of the efforts that can be done is through food crops as sustainable agro-tourism. The research location is in the Anja neighborhood, Tawaeli District, Palu City. The purpose of this research is to make the concept and design of agricultural land for food crops to become a sustainable agro-tourism area through architectural design methods. The research method used is the planning and architectural design methodology through a dimensional approach to a comprehensive approach. This is based on the fact that this research interacts thoroughly with many aspects related to the concept and design of agricultural land for food crops as a sustainable agro-tourism area. Based on the analysis of the potential of the area, the results showed that the location of agricultural land for food crops in the Anja neighborhood has a strong attraction as agro-tourism, besides the Anja neighborhood location is very strategic. The facilities and infrastructure owned by agricultural land in the Anja neighborhood can also be maintained in several agro-tourism facilities
